Empower Your Career with Specialized Micro-Credentials in Economics and Business
The volume of the micro-credential programs is 12–30 ECTS. The programs are designed with an adult learner's suitable study load and pace in mind, so they can generally be completed in one or two semesters.
Embark on a journey of professional growth and specialize in a field of your choice at the University of Tartu's School of Economics and Business Administration.
Kertu Lääts -Vice Head for Academic Affairs (School of Economics and Business Administration)
Starting in spring 2024, the University of Tartu's School of Economics and Business Administration will offer micro-credential programmes in Business, Economics, and Society. Applications are open from December 1st, 2023, to January 21st, 2024.
- Global Governance in a Changing World (15 ECTS), €1,920, higher education required
- Master Class for Public Sector Entrepreneurs (15 ECTS), €1,920, higher education required
In Estonian, the following micro-dcredential are available (starting in the spring semester):
- Kliendipsühholoogia (15 EAP-d), 2000 eurot
- Turundus tehisintellekti ajastul (15 EAP-d), 2000 eurot
- Andmepõhine riskijuhtimine (12 EAP-d), 1800 eurot
- Ettevõtluse mikrokraad (15 EAP-d), 2000 eurot
- Tehnoloogiaettevõtlus (12 EAP-d), 1800 eurot

Participants in the micro-degree program study alongside students, and the classes are conducted in a session-based or online format suitable for working individuals. The study is paid. The micro-degree programs at the university are structured so that those who complete the program can, if they wish, continue their studies based on a degree program and achieve higher education or a degree. Upon completion of the program, participants receive a certificate of continuing education from the University of Tartu.

Application for the spring semester’s micro-credential programmes has started
Adult learners are welcome to participate in micro-credential programmes starting in the spring semester to acquire an additional specialisation or competence in a narrow field. Applications can be submitted until 26 January.
Starting Monday, you can study at night in the library once again
The first week of the traditional night library will take place this year from 9 to 13 December, when students can study in the library until midnight. In January, you can visit the night library for three weeks.
